Mine is endurance leg day, and to make it even more detailed, kettlebell throws are not my favorite at all. I loathe them.

My official weight is 299. I haven't been here in around 8 years. It truly is a miracle. I owe it all to Bootcamp with Jess. Thank you Instructor Thomas for changing my life and to the wonderful PT's and all of you who read and comment who have supported me in this. (Insert tears here) It is always great to have the 0800's cheering me on. You guys are great!

  1. Does it count if I hate it all? I love how I feel afterward, but I hate exercise in any form (okay, maybe not bicycle riding). Running kills me though. It just plain hurts. Everywhere.

  3. Cynthia, great news! What a wonderful accomplishment! Running--it's really the only cardio I've found that gets the weight off for me, but it's also BORING. Especially on a treadmill.

  4. First of all congrats on getting under 300! That is so awesome! I know the joy of seeing a number on the scale that hasn't been on there in years. You are doing so great! As far as exercises that I love to hate I am going to have to go with the running (more like jogging) that I have just started doing. It takes about all my will power to get out there and do it, but after I finish I feel so good.
    Keep up the good work-you are doing awesome!

  5. I know I said one thing earlier today, but the more I think about it, while it is tough I do like it. The thing that I really hate is distance running. I love doing sprints, or HIIT running. Just running for 30+ min straight is so boring.

  10. Congratulations!!! <3 I hate sit-ups. Not crunches...full sit-ups. I hated them before babies and now I can barely struggle through one because my ab muscles split when I was pregnant. *sigh*

  12. Wow you are accomplishing so much each day on your journey to getting healthy! You have great determination and will power. I keep planning on starting to eat healthy and exercise, but I give up way too easy. I read your blog and am amazed at how committed you are and your strength to keep going even when it is hard- you are a great example for not giving up! Way to go! I am not a fan of sit ups or running.

  16. Oh, and my least favorite exercise is the treadmill. It hurts my knee, but the elliptical is worse so I am plugging along on the treadmill and trying to make it my friend!

  17. Congrats on being below 300. That is awesome! I would love to know how you are doing with the nutrition part. I can exercise, but changing my eating habits is really hard for me. My least favorite exercise is burpees because I just can't do them right.
